La familia Hargreeves regresará una vez más, incluidos Viktor Hargreeves (Elliot Page), Luther Hargreeves (Tom Hopper), Diego Hargreeves (David Castañeda), Klaus Hargreeves (Robert Sheehan), Number Five (Aidan Gallagher), Allison Hargreeves (Emmy Raver- Lampman) y Ben Hargreeves (Justin H. Min). Ritu Arya también regresará como Lila Pitts, al igual que Colm Feore como Sir Reginald Hargreeves y Liisa Repo-Martell como Abigail. Pero la temporada 4 también verá la incorporación de David Cross, Nick Offerman y Megan Mullally al elenco.
